Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled in the beautiful secret garden with wonderful mountain views. The rooms offer a nice view, air conditioning, a fridge, and a jacuzzi, making the stay a real treat. However, the location lacks friendliness, and a refresher course on hospitality is needed. The dining, while included, might not suit everyone's taste with only homemade bread available.
The hotel is set in absolutely stunning gardens with beautiful areas to explore. The rooms are spacious and feature a lovely cosy bed, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the service might need a refresher course on hospitality, the location offers a great experience with fabulous food in the restaurant. However, the dining experience, though included, may not meet expectations as it serves limited options at an already overpriced rate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was elegant, close to Dublin airport, and set in wonderful landscaped gardens, but it seemed like the staff sometimes ignored guests' needs. The room was equipped with good facilities and a nice shower, but the distance to other attractions was a drawback.
The hotel is located close to Dublin airport and nestled in wonderful landscaped gardens onsite. The rooms offer a good shower, all washing facilities, and a comfy bed, perfect for our travel cot. However, the service needs improvement with a lack of attention and hospitality training. The dining options are not included in the already overpriced rate, but Japanese dishes are served. The facilities are decent but could be better.
